Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions are a great opportunity to earn equipment, weapons and much more. They're hard to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot is a unique slot that lets you bring pistols in to the course of. Some players use this to aid in achieving certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Some players utilize the extra pistol to fill in the gap. It's important to remember that to choose the pistols for this slot, you need to click on the button for the appropriate category like alternate slot 2 machine guns. Having Major Expedition and Adept Rider in use makes it much simpler. This combo adds a damage tick every 10 seconds from the Concealed Weapon in the event that it is slotted.

Smuggled Item Slot

The smuggled item slot an excellent feature that allows players to bring in tools and weapons, but it could benefit from a more streamlined affordance. It's currently shaped as the shape of a pistol, making it difficult to distinguish the smuggled weapon slot from other slots for gear.

The smuggle slots can be used to store a wide range of items ranging from concussion devices to explosives used in weapons to subdued concussions. These items can be found in hidden locations throughout the map. They can also be found anytime. Smuggled items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes, which conceal only small items within the scenery or objects directly.

Mission planning is a feature available in episodic missions that allows players to unlock different starting locations as well as smuggled items and gear slots prior to their entry into the map. The options for planning increase as players progress through challenges and unlock higher Mission Mastery levels. This lets players prepare the best mission for every challenge.

Gear Slot

Early on in the game players will find their gear slots for real money rapidly get full, resulting in the dreaded "Your Gear Slots are full" message that prevents Max from acquiring new equipment until the old ones are cleared or a larger space is obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the answer to this issue. They provide more inventory space to complete challenges missions. However, since the majority of these challenges are scattered around the world and can be overlooked, it may take an extended time to obtain the largest amount of inventory slots that are available in the game.

A player's five Gear Slots can be filled with up to 5 different gear types, which must be selected in the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In begins. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades that are of the same type) only has one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you advance through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock different agency pickups on the map. These locations allow you to keep items that aren't suitable in your concealed weapon or gear slot. You can get them back later.

These pickups are particularly useful if you have to pass through a frisk later in the game or if you're carrying a weapon that might otherwise cause suspicion. You are only able to hide one item at a pickup location.

This DLC includes new contracts for asset protection and security to the agency. To begin these missions, simply contact the receptionist at the agency and stock up on armor and snacks. Then, go to the designated marker and identify a mob when you arrive.
